I hereby consent to the processing of my personal data, in particular my name, the name of the company for which I use the PINPOOLS platform and the contact details I have stored on the platform, by PINPOOLS for the purpose of initiating contact between me and sellers, potential buyers, and other interested parties for the purpose of facilitating the conclusion of contracts for goods and services offered via the PINPOOLS platform. This consent includes, in particular, the disclosure of this data to other users of the platform for the aforementioned purpose.

Information on revocation of consent

I have been informed that I have the right to revoke my consent at any time with effect for the future without giving reasons. Upon receipt of the revocation, the data will be deleted immediately, provided that there are no legal retention periods to the contrary and the revocation is effective. The effectiveness of the data processing carried out until the revocation of consent remains unaffected.

The data processing is necessary for the purpose of using the PINPOOLS platform. Failure to give consent or revocation of consent will preclude the use of the PINPOOLS platform.

In all other respects, the PINPOOLS privacy policy applies.
