Description: Borchi® Gel 0621 by Borchers is a tin-, APEO- and emulsifier-free rheology modifier. It is a non-ionic, free of hazardous air pollutants, polyurethane-based low shear range thickener for water-based coatings systems. It develops viscosity stability and improves rheological properties mainly in the lower shear range. Borchi® Gel 0621 enables the application of thick layers on vertical surfaces, effectively prevents sagging and does not yellow or cause chalking in the cured film. It is suitable for industrial-, architectural- & automotive spray coatings. Also, used in brush and roll coatings when used with newtonian thickener. The recommended dosage is 0.2-3.0% on total formulation.
