If there exists a local business unit of BTC Europe GmbH or of an affiliated company ("local unit") responsible for the support and settlement of business relations of resident customers for the area in which the customer has its registered office, the contract shall be concluded with the local unit. In these cases, BTC Europe GmbH may act as the representative of the responsible local unit. In all other cases, the BTC Europe GmbH is the contractual partner of the customer.
