Dodecyl/tetradecyl dimethylamines/DMA1270 insoluble in water, soluble in alcohol. It is an intermediate for the preparation of cationic surfactant, zwitterionic surfactant and non-ionic surfactant. It is pigment stabilizer, oil qi enhancer, soil stabilizer, organic synthesis intermediate.
Application
DMA1270 is the main raw material of cationic quaternary ammonium salt, which can produce benzyl quaternary ammonium salt 1227 by benzyl chloride reaction, which is widely used in fungicide, textile, paper auxiliaries and other industries.
Dodectetradecyldimethyl-tertiary amine /DMA1270 can react with chloromethane, dimethyl sulfate, diethyl sulfate and other quaternary ammonium raw materials to produce cationic quaternary ammonium salt, which is widely used in textile, daily chemical, oilfield and other industries.
Dodectetradecyldimethyl tertiary amine /DMA1270 can also react with sodium chloroacetate to produce betaine BS-1214.
Dodectedecyldimethyl tertiary amine /DMA1270 can react with hydrogen peroxide to produce amine oxide as a foaming agent and blowing agent.
